The Singleton Creates Chalet At London Hotel

The Singleton has collaborated with luxury skiwear brand Goldbergh to create an alpine ski resort-inspired chalet for the winter season at London’s Rosewood Hotel, changing the hotel’s courtyard into a chic mountain hideaway with luxury blankets, cushions and other elements from Goldbergh.

The Singleton will feature a unique cocktail menu at The Chalet, including I Shine Not Burn – a blend of The Singleton 18-Year-Old with Oloroso sherry, Madeira, Marsala, and Port wines, vermouth, and smoked moss, Jock’s Well Hot Toddy with The Singleton 12-Year-Old with beurre noisette, chamomile, heather honey, and shortbread, and The Siren’s Song with The Singleton 12-year-old with chestnut, citrus, maple, bitters, pine, and fudge. The Singleton 21-Year-Old will also be offered.
