Gordon & MacPhail has released a 1948 Glen Grant whisky as part of their Private Collection series.

The Glen Grant 1948 was aged in a first-fill Sherry butt before being bottled at 48.6% alcohol by volume [97.2 proof] and is said to contain notes of black pepper, orange and smoke.
