Tomatin Completes The French Collection With Cognac Edition
Highland-based Tomatin Distillery has completed their French Collection with the Cognac Edition – the fourth and final bottling in the series.
Tomatin Cognac Edition was matured for 12 years, first in oak casks for 10 years, then two additional years in Cognac casks before being bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to contain notes of cranberry, lavender and Earl Grey tea.
Tomatin The Cognac Edition is being made available for $90 per 700ml bottle via Tomatin’s official website.
Tomatin Cognace Edition joins the Monbazillac Edition, Sauternes Edition and Rivesaltes Edition as the complete French Collection.
