Ardbeg Finishes Off Anthology Series
Islay-based Ardbeg’s third and final limited edition single malt whisky in their Anthology series – The Beithir’s Tale – has been released. Ardbeg’s Anthology Series showcases mythical creatures and the Beithir is a mythological, serpent-like creature.
Ardbeg The Beithir’s Tale is a 15-year-old single malt as well as the distillery’s first whisky matured in designer, air-seasoned, heavily toasted, and lightly charred ex-bourbon casks, bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to contain notes of peat [naturally] and coffee and vanilla.
Ardbeg Anthology: The Beithir’s Tale is being made available for $180 per bottle.
