Glenmorangie Unveils The Altus
Highland-based distillery Glenmorangie has unveiled a new 25-year-old single malt whisky called The Altus.
Glenmorangie’s The Altus combines bourbon cask aged whiskies that have been finished in Malmsey Madeira wine casks, bottled at 43% alcohol by volume [86 proof] and is said to impart notes of mandarin, peach and pear.
Glenmorangie’s The Altus 25 year old is being made available for $740 per bottle.
