Jack + Coke Cans ABV Turned Down A Notch

Jack Daniels has turned the ABV [alcohol by volume] levels down a notch on their Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola ready-to-drink (RTD) range being offered in the USA.

Initially, the Jack+Coke’s were at 7% alcohol by volume [14 proof] but current consumer trends are indicating a demand for lesser alcohol levels and Jack+Coke’s alcohol levels have been lowered accordingly – to 5% alcohol by volume [10 proof] while also increasing the size of the can from 12oz (355ml) to 16oz (475ml).

The new sized individual Jack+Coke cans are being made available for $4 per can while twelve-can packs are also being made available to purchase.
