Buffalo Trace Adds Five Whiskies To Antique Collection
Buffalo Trace has added five whiskies to their Antique Collection – all five are limited edition releases bottled from rare stocks. The five whiskies add to the Collection are:
A George T Stagg bottled at 65.2% alcohol by volume [130.4 proof] and is said to contain notes of smoked oak and vanilla.
A 2020 William Larue Weller wheated Bourbon, bottled at 67.25% alcohol by volume [134.5 proof] and is said to contain notes of caramel, cinnamon and spearmint.
A Thomas H Handy Sazerac Rye whiskey bottled at 64.5% alcohol by volume [129 proof] and is said to contain notes of anise, cinnamon and honey.
An Eagle Rare 17 Year Old bottled at 50.5% alcohol by volume [101 proof] and is said to contain notes of caramel, cherries, coffee, pepper and vanilla.
A 2020 Sazerac Rye 18 Year Old bottled at 45% alcohol by volume [90 proof] and is said to contain notes of black pepper, caramel, cherries, coffee and dark chocolate.
The 2020 Buffalo Trace Antique Collection whiskies will be available in limited quantities starting in October 2020 with each bottle available for $100.
