Rebel Yell Introduces Cognac-Finished Bourbon

Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight Bourbon, from Lux Row Distillers, has released their new Rebel Yell Cognac Cask Finish – bourbon finished in cognac casks.

Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight Bourbon Cognac Cask Finish began as wheated bourbon aged four years before spending six months finishing in cognac casks, then was bottled at 45% alcohol by volume [90 proof] and is said to contain notes of caramel, ginger and raisins.

Only 6000 bottles of Rebel Yell Cognac Cask Finish are being made available in the UK for $45 per 700ml bottle beginning in October 2020. Rebel Yell Cognac Cask Finish will then subsequently launch in Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Switzerland.
