Austin, Texas-based Garrison Brothers Distillery has released the 2025 edition – the 11th installment – of their annual Cowboy Bourbon.

Garrison Brothers 2025 Cowboy Bourbon was matured for a minimum of eight years before being bottled at a mind-watering 73.2% alcohol by volume [146.4 proof] and after burning off your taste buds, is said to offer notes of marshmallow [presumably burnt] and fruit.

Garrison Brothers 2025 Cowboy Bourbon is being made available for $250 per bottle.
