Isle Of Harris Debuts Single Malt
11-year-old Independent Scotland-based Isle of Harris Distillery will release a lightly peated single malt Scotch as a new core whisky for their distillery.
Isle of Harris Single Malt Whisky was matured in both ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to contain notes of peat and spice.
Isle of Harris Single Malt Whisky is being made available beginning next week at the Isle of Harris Distillery for $65 per 700ml bottle.
