Tennessee whiskey may taste better by the barrel than it does by the bottle – at least that may be the justification behind the latest marketing ploy from the Jack Daniel’s distillery where they are offering a full barrel of their Single Barrel brand whiskey. If you chose to buy the full barrel – the equivalent of 240-260 bottles – it will be sanded, varnished, personalized and delivered to your house. Buyers of the barrel will also be afforded a one-on-one tasting session to select their barrel and their name will be added to a Wall of fame at the distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee.

A full barrel of Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel brand Tennessee whiskey can be had for a mere $23,000.
