Tennessee-based Jack Daniel’s travels across the pond with their 10-year-old Tennessee whiskey in an inaugural event for the distillery with their age statement whiskies.

Jack Daniel’s new 10-year-old was created by maturing Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey in oak barrels that were moved about on various climate-controlled floors at the distillery’s warehouse.

Jack Daniel’s 10-year-old Tennessee whiskey is a blend of 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye, bottled at 48.5% alcohol by volume [97 proof] and is said to impart notes of cherry candy, honey and toffee.

Only a mere 2500 bottles of Jack Daniel’s 10-year-old Tennessee whiskey is being made available in the UK.
