Kavalan Single Malt Whisky Rumbles to Nigeria
In partnership with Arzeh Integrated Limited, Kavalan, a Taiwanese whisky distiller, announced its debut in Nigeria. Nigerian whisky lovers can now taste Kavalan’s single malts, including the Solist series, exclusively at Sliquors, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Nigeria’s dynamic spirit market is witnessing a rise in demand for premium whisky, which is expected to reach 9.89 million liters by 2027. The research forms the basis for the distillery’s entrance into the African liquor and beverage market.
Increasingly, Nigerian consumers are exploring beverages beyond traditional ones such as palm wine and local rum and wines. The new trend is in pursuit of more complex flavor profiles through premium whiskies like Kavalan.
