Knob Creek Gets Super Bowl Bourbon Recommendation

Super Bowl winning quarterback Eli Manning gave his endorsement to Knob Creek Single Barrel Cask Strength as it becomes Manning’s Bold Pick: 2026 Batch.

Knob Creek Single Barrel Cask Strength 2026 Batch was bottled in a range between 56.1% to 60.8% alcohol by volume [112.2 to 121.6 proof] and is said to contain the ubiquitous notes of caramel, oak, spice and vanilla.

Knob Creek is a small batch bourbon produced by the Suntory Global Spirits-owned James B. Beam Distilling Company in Clermont, Kentucky – at the same main campus where regular Jim Beam bourbon production was paused for 2026 – but Knob Creek was one of a handful of specialty bourbons which escaped the production pause.

Manning won Super Bowls in both 2007 and 2011 as the quarterback of the New York Giants.
