Popular bourbon producer Maker’s Mark has ventured out into a wheat field and released their first wheat whisky – Star Hill Farm – the first wheat whisky from Maker’s Mark in the 70-year history of the company.
Star Hill Farm Whisky 2025 uses a pair of mashbills: one comprised of 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and the other comprised of 100% malted soft red winter wheat, is bottled at 57.35% alcohol by volume [114.7 proof] and is said to impart notes of caramel, golden raisins and gingerbread.
Maker’s Mark Star Hill Farm Whisky 2025 is being made available for $100 per bottle in the USA and the UK in May 2025, followed by Australia later this year.
