Old Dominick Seven-Year-Old Single Barrel Straight Wheat Whiskey The new straight wheat whiskey release was matured in Tennessee white oak barrels, has a mashbill consisting of 83% wheat, 12% corn, and 5% malted barley, was bottled at a whopping 62% alcohol by volume [124 proof] and is said to impart notes of hazelnut, honey, maple syrup and mocha.

Old Dominick Seven-Year-Old Single Barrel Straight Wheat Whiskey is being made available in Tennessee and a variety of locales in the southeastern USA for $60 to $70, depending on the location.
