One Pedro X Emerges From The Lakes

The Lakes Distillery has released a limited edition blended whisky called The One Pedro X – the X stands for Ximenez [the type of sherry cask used for the finish].

The One Pedro X is a blend of over 18 different whiskies from distilleries in the British Isles, is bottled at 40% alcohol by volume [80 proof] and is said to have notes of ginger, toffee and vanilla.

Only 5,252 bottles of The One Pedro X have been released and may be purchased at www.lakesdistillery.com.
