Redbreast Hits The Stillhouse

Redbreast Mano a Lamh [“hand in hand” in combined Spanish and Gaelic] single pot still Irish whiskey is available in a limited amount to a limited group this month. The whiskey has been matured solely in former Oloroso sherry butts [as opposed to a combination of American bourbon and Spanish sherry butts] and is bottled at 46% alcohol content [92 proof].

Only 2000 bottles of Redbreast Mano a Lamh will be available to members of Midleton Distillery’s Stillhouse Society for $75 per bottle.
