Redbreast Reveals Ruby Port Dream Cask
Irish whiskey-maker Redbreast has released their Dream Cask Ruby Port Cask Edition.
Redbreast Dream Cask Ruby Port Cask Edition is the result of blending of whiskies that were matured for a minimum of 28 years in a mix of ex-bourbon barrels, an Oloroso sherry butt and a ruby Port seasoned cask, which was then combined in the ruby Port cask and bottled at 51.5% alcohol by volume [103 proof] and is said to contain notes of cinnamon, dark chocolate and ripe plums.
Redbreast Dream Cask Ruby Port Cask Edition is being made available exclusively online on Redbreast’s members’ club, The Birdhouse, beginning on Monday May 25 to June 1, 2020 for $530 per 500ml bottle.
