With only one month remaining in 2013, French cognac standard-bearer Pierre Lecat has announced that they will be releasing XO Memoire cognac from their stock of elderly eaux de vie. The XO Memoire is said to have aromas ranging from jasmine and honeysuckle all the way to chocolate powder, curry and saffron with candied ginger finishes and a palate consisting of warm velvet harmony [their words, mostly].
