Waterford Introduces The Cuvee
Upstart Irish whiskeymaker Waterford Distillery has released The Cuvée – a terroir-driven Irish whiskey created after a study collaboration with Oregon State University.
Waterford The Cuvée is, itself, a collaboration blend between 25 ‘single farm origin’ whiskies, each made from Irish barley that was harvested, malted and distilled separately, bottled at 50% alcohol by volume [100 proof] and is said to contain notes of cherries, dark chocolate, grapefruit, orange and red apple.
Waterford The Cuvée is being made available for $95 per bottle.
