Big Peat 8 Years Old A846 has been aged for eight years, bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to contain has notes of “peat, smoked ham and a fresh seaside saltiness”.

Douglas Laing originally created Big Peat 8 Years Old A846 whisky to be released at the 2020 Fèis Ìle festival on Islay, which was turned into an online festival due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Douglas Laing Big Peat 8 Years Old A846 Edition is being made available for $57 per bottle beginning on June 8, 2020.
