Laphroaig Introduces 2021 Cairdeas Single Malt Whisky

Islay distillery Laphroaig has released their 2021 Cáirdeas edition single malt whisky.

Laphroaig 2021 Cairdeas has been matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and quarter casks before being finished in European oak hogsheads containing PX sherry, bottled at 58.9% alcohol by volume [117.8 proof] and is said to contain notes of bacon, cinnamon, manuka honey and toffee.

The Laphroaig 2021 Càirdeas edition is being made available on Laphroaig.com for $100 per 700ml bottle beginning on July 15, 2021.
