Cotswolds Travels To The Farm
English distillery Cotswolds has gone to the farm and released Woodlands Farm – the second installment in their Field to Cask limited release series which highlights locations that have appeared in the whisky production journey.
Cotswolds Woodlands Farm emerges from a single first-fill STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) cask, bottled at 62.2% alcohol by volume [124.4 proof] and is said to contain notes of cinnamon, coconut and spiced plum.
Only a mere 126 bottles are being made available exclusively from the Cotswolds Distillery for $170 per bottle.
