Kilchoman Goes Cask Strength With Machir Bay

Islay-based Kilchoman Distillery has released a Machir Bay Cask Strength – a cask strength version of their flagship single malt whisky, Machir Bay.

Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength was bottled at 58.1% alcohol by volume [116.2 proof] and is said to contain a plethora of notes ranging from the signature smoke of most Islay brands to caramel, citrus and vanilla with some tropical fruit, toffee and spice tossed into the mix as well.

Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength is being made available for $85 per 700ml bottle.
