Kilchoman Debuts 11-Year-Old

Islay-based Kilchoman Distillery has released a lightly peated [20 ppm – phenol parts per million] 11-year-old Rockside single malt whisky.

Kilchoman Rockside 11-Year-Old was matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to contain notes of caramel, citrus and walnuts.

Kilchoman Rockside 11-Year-Old is being made available for $75 per bottle in Europe and the UK.
