Copper Rivet Debuts First Whisky – Masthouse Single Malt
Copper Rivet distillery – based in Chatham, Kent – has released their inaugural single malt English whisky, which they are calling Masthouse.
Copper Rivet Masthouse Whisky is a three-year-old pot-distilled expression, matured in ex-Bourbon and virgin American white oak barrels, bottled at 45% alcohol by volume [90 proof] and made with the Kentish malted barley, Belgravia, from the nearby Isle of Sheppey, off the northern coast of Kent. Copper Rivet Masthouse is said to contain notes of green apple, chocolate orange, malt and white pepper.
Copper Rivet Masthouse Whisky is being made available for for $60 per 500ml bottle.
