Isle Of Raasay Introduces Their First Single Malt
The Isle of Raasay distillery – located in Scotlands Hebrides Islands – has released their first single malt whisky called, appropriately enough, The Isle of Raasay Single Malt – Inaugural Release 2020.
The Isle of Raasay Single Malt Inaugural Release 2020 was matured in first-fill Tennessee whiskey casks, finished in first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks before being bottled at 52% alcohol by volume and is said to contain notes of
almond, hazelnut and spice.
Only 7,500 bottles of The Isle of Raasay Single Malt – Inaugural Release 2020 are being made available for $130 per 700ml bottle in Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Philippines, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
