Islay-based distillery Ardbeg has released their Ardbeg 25 Years Old as part of their core range of single malt whiskies. Ardbeg 25 Years Old was bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to contain notes of chile pepper, fennel, fudge, lemon sherbet, peppermint and toffee. Ardbeg 25 Years Old is being made available worldwide for $970 per 700ml bottle.
