Dingle Distillery has released their first single malt Irish whiskey. Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a seven-year-old whiskey that was matured in PX sherry and bourbon first-fill casks, bottled at 43.6% alcohol by volume [87.2 proof] and is said to contain notes of apples, caramel, mint and raisins.
