Somersby Adds Three New Cider Flavors
UK cider brand, Somersby, has added three new flavors to their portfolio – Apple Burst, Blackberry and Cranberry. Apple Burst is a sweeter version of its Somersby Original and comes in at 4.5% alcohol content while both Blackberry and Cranberry provide a 4% alcohol content kick. All three of the new Somersby cider flavors will be offered in the UK beginning in March 2015.
Tomatin Goes Full Cask Strength
Tomatin has added a cask strength edition to its Highland single malt Scotch whisky lineup. Tomatin Cask Strength Edition was matured in former Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled at 57.5% alcohol content [115 proof] to produce spice and sweet notes. 15,000 bottles of Tomatin Cask Strength Edition have been released worldwide – with the exception of the USA – at a cost of $70 per bottle.
