Cotswold Debuts Single Malt
After beginning the production process in September 2014, the Cotswolds Distillery will launch their first-ever single malt whisky. The Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky has been matured in a combination of first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and re-charred red wine casks before being bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof]. Only 4000 bottles of Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky will be available for $60 per bottle beginning in October 2017.

Speyside’s Benromach Distillery has released their first triple distilled single malt whisky. The appropriately named Benromach Triple Distilled is an eight-year-old matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels, bottled at 50% alcohol by volume [100 proof] and said to have notes of fruit. The Benromach Triple Distilled is available in Europe and the UK for $60 per bottle.
