The First Sign Of Spring – Redbreast Single Cask Appears
Just in time for next month’s St. Patrick’s Day festivities comes the arrival of the single pot still Irish whiskey, Redbreast Single Cask. Redbreast Single Cask emerges from aging in Oloroso sherry casks and is bottled at 59.9% alcohol content [119.8 proof] while being said to have almond and fruitcake-like notes. Only 576 bottles of Redbreast Single Cask have been released and will be available for $250 per bottle.
