Tattersall Rye Whiskey Released

Minneapolis-based Tattersall Distilling is releasing their 100% straight rye whiskey.

Tattersall Straight Rye Whiskey is a Pennsylvania-styled [but Minnesota-rooted] Monongahela rye, consisting of 85% rye and 15% malted rye.

Tattersall Straight Rye is aged for two years in charred white oak barrels [from northern Minnesota] with spicy notes that are said to be thought of as “bourbon’s bolder, northern cousin” according to company representatives.

Tattersall Straight Rye Whiskey is currently available only in Minnesota for $35 per 750ml bottle.
