A limited edition of Blue Hanger 7 blended malt whisky will be available shortly – provided you can get your hands on one of the 3088 bottles dispensed to the public. Blue Hanger is a combination of Bunnahabhain 1990, Bruichladdich 1992, Miltonduff 1997 and Bunnahabhain Moine [peated] 2006. The nose is said to be a combination of melon skin, orange peel, vanilla and peat smoke with hints of sandalwood, leather and moist pipe smoke while the palate brings the fruity edge to a spicy finish.

Blue Hanger 7 touts a 45.6% alcohol content [91.2 proof] and is only available in the USA at $100 per bottle beginning in October 2013.
