Westland Displays Their Heart
Seattle-based Westland Distillery has collaborated with independent bottler The Heart Cut to produce an American single malt single cask release.
The Heart Cut #20 Westland was smoked using locally grown Washington state peat, matured in an ex-bourbon cask, bottled at 53% alcohol by volume [106 proof] and is said to contain notes of acacia honey, coastal smoke and peaches.
Only a mere 306 bottles of The Heart Cut #20 Westland are being made available for $110 per bottle at theheartcut.com.
