Cotswolds Veers Hard To Port
English whiskymaker Cotswolds Distillery has released Wychwood Harvest – a limited edition single malt aged in both Port wine and bourbon casks as the fourth addition to their English Harvest series – the whisky is named after the Wychwood Forest in England.
Cotswolds Wychwood Harvest was matured in both Port wine and ex-bourbon casks, bottled at 50% alcohol by volume [100 proof] and is said to contain notes of blackcurrant, peat and vanilla.
Only 1,500 bottles of Cotswolds Wychwood Harvest are being made available for $135 per bottle
