Sazerac Is Ready For Summer With RTD Trio

Summer officially arrived this week and Sazerac is ready with the release of a trio of new ready-to-drink (RTD) canned spirits – two of them whiskey-based. The RTD trio are Buckhorn Whiskey Lemonade, Endless Afternoon Whiskey Lemonade and the vodka-based Lovebug Hard Cream Soda.

Buckhorn Whiskey Lemonade combines Buckhorn’s blended whiskey with real lemon juice from concentrate while Endless Afternoon Whiskey Lemonade is also made with real whiskey and real lemon juice from concentrate. Both are additions to an RTD range which already includes Blackberry Lemonade, Ginger Lemonade, Original Lemonade and Peach Lemonade – all with 9% alcohol by volume [18 proof].

Lovebug Hard Cream Soda is a vodka-based cream soda and it has four flavor choices – Cherries’ n Cream, Cola’ n Cream, Peaches’ n Cream and Vanilla ‘n Cream – all at 5% alcohol by volume [10 proof].

The brand aims to tap into the demand for nostalgia by blending cream soda flavours with a vodka base. The 350ml canned RTDs are dairy- and sugar-free, contain 100 calories, and have an ABV of 5%.

All of the new trio are being made available at select retailers nationwide in the USA in eight-pack formats for $19 per pack.
