Hip Whips Out Flasks
UK-based Hip has released a quartet of flask-style bottlings of whisky and rum featuring some notable whisky distilleries.
The Hip quartet consists of a 12 Year Old Tomintoul, matured in a refill sherry butt and bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof]; a 13 Year Old Bowmore, matured in refill bourbon barrels and also bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof]; a 28 Year Old Invergordon matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel and bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and a 14 Year Old Foursquare Barbados Rum that was aged in bourbon barrel bottled at 53% alcohol by volume [106 proof].
The Hip collection is being made available in the UK for $25 per 200ml bottle.
