Beam Suntory Moves HQ From Chicago To New York City
Spirit industry behemoth Beam Suntory will be moving their current headquarters in Chicago to a new headquarters in New York City by the middle of 2022.
Beam Suntory is the owner of such highly recognizable brands as Maker’s Mark, Courvoisier cognac and, of course, Jim Beam.
The new NYC-based HQ will also serve as a joint office with Beam Suntory’s Japan-based parent company, Suntory Holdings, which is based in Tokyo.
While the move to NYC will involve the relocation of most of the company’s executive leadership team positions, its global brand house organization and select global corporate function roles, Beam Suntory will not be completely abandoning their current Chicago headquarters, which will become home to the firm’s North American arm and certain corporate roles.
Beam Suntory also has global offices in Delhi, Frankfurt, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney.
