Canada Gets Wiser With Ginger Ale+Whisky RTD

Canadian companies JP Wiser’s and Canada Dry have collaborated to launch a pre-mixed ready-to-drink (RTD) canned whisky and ginger ale cocktail.

The RTD combines Canada Dry’s ginger ale with JP Wiser’s Canadian whisky at 7% alcohol by volume [14 proof] and is being made available in both a 473-ml single-serve can or in four-packs.

The RTD cocktail is being made available nationwide in Canada in the 473ml single-serve can format while the four-packs are being offered in Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec.

Pernod Ricard-owned JP Wiser’s was founded in 1857 and is one of the oldest Canadian-produced whiskies.
