Elijah Craig is welcoming a new family member with the release of a high-ABV – 54% [108 proof] – 15-year-old bourbon to join their family of bourbons. The 54% ABV commemorates the day – May 4 – in 1964 when the USA officially recognized bourbon as a unique product of the country.
Elijah Craig 15-Year-Old was bottled at 54% alcohol by volume [108 proof] and is said to produce a wide variety of notes, ranging from figs and roses, to crème brûlée and roasted nuts all the way to cloves and ginger.
Elijah Craig 15 Year Old Bourbon is being made available for $150 per 750ml bottle.
