Highland distillery Glenfarclas added the third entry in their annual decanter series – a rare 24-year-old single malt that was filled on New Year’s Day at the turn of the millennium. Glenfarclas 2000 was bottled at 47.7% alcohol by volume [95.4 proof] and is contained in the usual Scottish made Glencairn crystal decanter.
