Talisker Introduces 41-Year-Old

Talisker has released a 41-Year-Old single malt whisky as the second whisky in their sherry cask-featuring Bodega Series.

The Talisker Bodega Series 41-Year-Old was finished in six manzanilla sherry casks that previously held La Goya, a sherry aged in casks more than a century old, then bottled at 50.7% alcohol by volume [101.4 proof] and is said to contain notes of orange peel, sandalwood, and smoky raw sugar.

Only 2,000 bottles of Talisker Bodega Series 41-Year-Old are being made available for $3645 per 700ml bottle beginning in August 2019.
