Eden Mill has released a new single malt whisky for 2020 as well as a hamper to store it in. The Eden Mill 2020 single malt whisky was unveiled to mark St Andrew’s Day (a combination religious and national holiday celebrated in Scotland on November 30).

The Eden Mill 2020 single malt was aged in former bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, along with spirit distilled using pale, chocolate, brown and crystal malt barley, bottled at 46.5% alcohol by volume [93 proof] and is said to contain notes of cinnamon and vanilla.

Only 800 bottles of Eden Mill 2020 single malt are being made available for $115 per 700ml bottle or as part of an Eden Mill whisky hamper, which also contains a Glencairn glass, the 2019 edition single malt and two new Hip Flask Series 200ml bottlings [Hip Flask #16 and Hip Flask #17 – Both are 47% alcohol by volume [94 proof], Hip Flask #16 is a pale malt spirit aged in an ex-Islay whisky refill cask, while Hip Flask #17 is a peated malt spirit aged in a refill bourbon cask].

Only 200 Eden Mill whisky hampers are being made available for $265 each.
