Pernod Whips Up The Polo Batch

Polo is recognized as “the sport of kings” and apparently the sport is missing a suitably royal blended Scotch Whisky, so Pernod Ricard took the liberty of mixing up a special batch to enjoy when the ponies are polo-ing about the field – they call it Royal Salute: The Polo Batch – and it’s a 21-year-old blend.

Because polo is big in Asia, Royal Salute: The Polo Batch will only be available at 10 duty free airport shops across Asia plus two in Dubai, in February 2014.
