Highland Park Unveils The Valfather

Highland Park has released their Valfather single malt Scotch whisky – honoring the Norse god Odin, as well as his home, Valhalla – the third and final whisky in their Viking Legend Series [joining Valkyrie and Valknut].

Highland Park Valfather was matured in refill casks, bottled at 47% alcohol by volume [94 proof] and is heavily peated, therefore, in addition to peat smoke, it is said to contain notes of apple, pear and vanilla.

Highland Park Valfather is being made available for $70 per 700ml bottle.
