Texas-based Oak & Eden has released a wheated bourbon called Oak & Eden Wheat & Spire [due to the fact it contains a spire of French oak].

Oak & Eden Wheat & Spire has a mashbill of 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley, was matured for two years in American oak barrels, bottled at 45% alcohol by volume [90 proof] and includes a spire of French oak.

Oak & Eden Wheat & Spire is being made available for $45 per bottle.
