Paddy Makes Ireland And France Happy Again
Pernod-Ricard has made a limited edition of Paddy Centenary Whiskey – to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the venerable whiskey – but it will only be available in Ireland and France. The Paddy Centenary is a seven-year-old single pot still whiskey using the original recipe with packaging evoking the early 20th century when then-Cork Distilleries renamed their flagship whiskey after their best salesman, Paddy Flaherty.
The Paddy Centenary Edition will only be available in Ireland and France beginning in September 2013 for 100 American dollars [or 75 Euros].
