Tom’s Foolery Straight Rye Whiskey Released
There’s a new rye whiskey on the block and its name is Tom’s Foolery Straight Rye Whiskey. Distilled in Ohio, Tom’s Foolery Straight Rye Whiskey was aged in charred oak barrels for two years and averages in the 90-percentile range for its rye content for the 45% alcohol content [90 proof] whiskey. Approximately 2400 bottles of Tom’s Foolery Rye Whiskey will be released in Ohio on August 1, 2015.

Carlsberg Goes Blonde And Velvet With Jacobsen
Carlsberg has released two premium beers – Jacobsen Saaz Blonde and Jacobsen Velvet – named after their company founder, JC Jacobsen. Jacobsen Saaz Blonde uses Czechoslovakian Saaz hops and Belgian brewing techniques to produce a 7.1% alcohol content brew while Jacobsen Velvet is a lighter golden ale with a 5.9% alcohol content.
